Call me Crazy , but even after WW2 Nazi killers were brought to justice in Nurberg and later in Israel, and by court they are sentenced for their crimes against humanity . Sending Special forces group (or who ever) in one Sovereign state for only one purpose to kill , not to catch one man , is not the democratic way to solve the problem - it is criminal way ! What's the problem with killing someone if you already have sufficient evidence that the person is guilty of mass murder? The point of the trial is to find whether the person if guilty or not, but I think in this case September 11th and the rest of the world bombing speak for it selves.

Beside what's the point of even capturing him. So you could lose more people doing so? Let's not forget that he was armed during the firefight, so taking him alive was a no go.

No doubt pakistan has lost some troops fighting terrorists but at the same time they openly shelter a **** load more while being funded by western govts to do the opposite. ISI is well known to be acting against us/nato troops in afghan.. pakistan is a corrupt ****hole just the way it is.
