But when it do I wonder if people will spend more time hanging around in the stations rather than being in space.

I think it depends greatly on the options: Gambling would be nice, but beside that I do not see many ideas. Even some sort of "bar" with "beer, booze and ****s" would only be temporarily entertaining, since you can chat with your corpmates via corp chat while doing other stuff and don't need to stay at the bar.

Some sort of "Paintball PvP" à la "Dust light" could be an alternative. I think Star Trek Online offers something like this, but then again: It would contradict the EVE Universe to have some type of PvP where you don't lose anything.

I remember in Guild Wars there were events during christmas, chinese new year, etc... with games and stuff. But that would be as irrelevant in EVE as it was in GW.

It could be somthing interactive. Like for example, instead of agent bar you´d have actuall agents in cantina of some sort, medical wing and stuff. Just some tweaks, nothing game changing.

Yeah. Turn the right side panel into an actual place. Make a real NPC market, a hanger for fitting/repair, ect.

That ship is as fun to fly as it is ugly as fvck. I remember our corp getting wardecced to hell after a few blob parties in low sec supported by at least 6 BB's. Fun times.

I have a -75% coupon for steam version of eve. I think it's 1 month subscription. But it works only if you don't have eve on steam, and I think you have to be a new player. I'm in the Caldari militia but Uitra is way in Caldari space.
