Indonesia has recalled its ambassador to Riyadh to express its anger.
A crowd of protesters gathered outside the Saudi embassy in Jakarta displaying banners and T-shirts in support of the executed worker.
The maid, Ruyati binti Sapubi, was beheaded with a sword on Saturday after confessing to murdering her boss

Well if she did indeed murder her boss with a meat cleaver I dont see her punishment as OTT. Your murder you deserve to be killed back.

There are certain bosses in arabic countries who deserve far worse.

So you dont see a problem with the person being beheaded in a foreign country without the country even informing the country who's citizen she was?
Well we should know the reason why she hacked her boss in the Middle East these so called boss treat their maid worst than slaves (rape,beat them etc) if she did that to take revenge then good for that POS.
I'll take your word for it, I've only seen how they are treated in East Asian countries and not in S.A. but it is what it is down there...
Killing someone that is deserving of death doesn't give you a hero's treatment anywhere in the world

Look at the reasoning behind her commiting murder... VERBAL ABUSE? LOL how many people face that on a regular basis. She could have quit she could have not gone there in the first place. He being a murderer cant be the fault of Saudi Arabia no matter how much people want to bash that nation (usualy deservedly might i add).

I'm not so sure, I think that they have to hand over their passports to their employers some times.
Some people that I know that have Indonesian maids at home are also in possession of their passports. Of course, nobody sane would refuse to return it to them if they asked for it back, but shit happens...
