Idk, I'm not real into fantasy stuff either. But I love Elder Scrolls. Have since Morrowind.

Why the hell isn't it 6 hours into the future!?

I watched some gameplay videos today, which are making the wait even worse...

    Hey, another question about Skyrim...
My computer is an IMac, will it be able to reliably run Skyrim?

Haven't bought BF3 contrary to what I said.

Have bought MW3 contrary to what I said.

Won't buy Skyrim and will by Assassin's Creed. And I'll do.

I like that Bethesda is taking a darker approach with Skyrim. Gonna kill one of those giant mammoth herders tomorrow.

No, I'm playing Payback and Left4dead as I wait for Star Wars:The Old Republic to come out...star wars is barely scifi, but as I got to play with the beta a few months back, it has my interest.
As does Firefall, for a free 3rd person online shooter.

The Secret World is also on my radar...I'm going more for modern/scifi/space opera I guess. hey, not knocking fantasy games at all, just a little burned out on the elf stuff.

Anyone with a Nvidia card should download the new beta drivers, it fixes some performance problems in Skyrim.

3 hours in, already shaping up to be a contender for the best game I've ever played.

Still not playing it, because of Steam and their release date shtick. 'this game will unlock in approximately 1 hour'....

Idk... not a huge fantasy fan... and after Bethesda has failed to fix the same glitches that were present in both Oblivion games and both Fallout games, i kinda have a feeling this ones gonna be laden with glitches as well...

Not planning on getting COD MW3 either... sick of that recycled crap. the only people who like it is little kids...

Im holding out for BF3... just waiting till i can find it cheap at a pawn shop or craigslist... Im done spending $60 on games. As for HALO, i agree with the erlier comments... Ive always enjoyed the Campaigns on Halo games... they are well done, have wonderful cinematic moments and overall i feel pulled into the game world and story when i play. The multiplayer is just kinda meh though... I give the developers props for continuing to spend a fair amount of time on the campaign. it keeps me buying Halo games... unlike COD and so many other games where they have more or less ignored the campaigns and focused entirely on multiplayer.
