The head guy for the observers is related to some thug in Sudan who runs the Janjaweed. The whole observer thing is laughable.
Is it just me or is the current Syrian Army a complete shadow of it's 1973/1982 self.

BEIRUT- The anti-government Free Syrian Army has been ordered to stop offensive operations pending a meeting with Arab League delegates monitoring President Bashar Assad's compliance with a peace plan, the rebels' commander said on Friday.
Colonel Riad Asaad said his forces had so far been unable to talk to the monitors, in the first week of their month-long mission, and he was still trying to contact them urgently.

Gunman aims the weapon at the child. Why are these kids out there?
^^^ I wonder how the title is related to the recorded scenes.
Where is the execution, where is the dead body etc.
It looks like (from the recorded scenes) as an arrest.......and if there is an execution inside the armored car why to beat with an AK the "dead body".
The Local Co-ordination Committees say this video shows a "random arrest campaign" in the Damascus suburb of Douma. The activist network says security forces raided the main square with armoured vehicles after attacking mourners gathered in front of al-Kabir mosque.
"We saw snipers in the town, we saw them with our own eyes. We're going to ask the government to remove them immediately. We'll be in touch with the Arab League back in Cairo. If the snipers are not gone in 24 hours, then there will be other measures taken. But everything has to be done in understanding and with organisation [...]"You're telling me there are snipers? You don't have to tell me, I saw them with my own eyes."
In fact he was talking to Syrian official and the last sentence was observer slamming him because he was telling him that there is no sniper
