Doesn't invalidate reasons that Assad in power is an unsustainable and negative situation. In war, crimes are often (and usually) committed by both sides. Assad's forces have done these same kind of things frequently as well.

The building in the background seams to be the same but the placement of the wreckage is completely different.
I doubt that any one would move a burned-out tank so most probably there were two vehicles destroyed or it is not the same place.
