Anyway, saw a beheading video on LL. Syrian rebels doing it to a Syrian Army soldier. No information about who did it or where. No logos or music. Its like the people who released it didn't want to tie it to their group, but still wanted to show what they had done.

No.
People here were speculating its supplied by Qatar or Saudiarabia.

Via google I could not find anything about AUG in Qatar though. But its used by SA National Guard.
