it's clear that it isn't rifle ,it is anti-tank looks like rpg-29 and type-67 is a machine gun

Comparing pics of the suspected RPGs the grip/sight/mono-pod configuration and size doesn't seem to match either.
Then I stumbled on this interesting blog http://board-temporary.blogspot.ca/ which comes to the conclusion that it might be a Belgium RL-83 Blindicide..
