Read the first post on posting excessively graphic videos. If you don't get it, expect to get banned from this forum. This is not a gore forum. Both sides are posting a lot of inappropriate photos and video. There are other places where people get off on gore, this is not one of them. If you need to feed some gore fantasy, do not do here.

Seems so. China sold a flurry of small arms to Syria 2006-2010 that has included Norinco CQ's as well.

Shortish vid of over run airforce base (possibly SAM site) looks like some of the vehicles were recovered ones already hit by IEDs

That they have sold small arms that was not much of an issue, Type 56-2 were pretty common, but it is the first time I see a W85 exported (most of the time it is the W77 - except for Pakistani QJC 88 which is a W85T).

Looks like the artillery ammo has cooked off in a non-violent manner. But as to why that happens I'm pretty puzzled, and why somebody filmed it. Who are these guys? Judging from their non-camo clothing, they're probably rebels, but that site looks like a pretty developed artillery position (with the tank in the background, and the RR's in the foreground, and the trenches). Maybe they were rebels inspecting a site taken from the gov't army, and that ammo cache has been b.o.o.b.y-trapped by the retreating soldiers, but didn't work as intended. But that's just a wild theory.

/Edited because the word b.o.o.b is censored
