The burning BMP-1
Jeeez.
Sometimes I think that the whole region needs some good old totalitarism under the UN's jurisdiction, when anyone would punished for even trying to start some sh1t, no matter who would it be Arabs, Jews, Sunnits, Dgihadists, pro-amercians, antiamercans...
It's not serious offcourse because of many reasons.

My country and nation have payed too big price for this glasnost. It's too huge theme for discussing here though.
Well, we already saw several "democratic revolutions" in region. When a lot of weapons go to the absolutely random hands and new authorities saying that there will be sharia law now(I don't think that it's an evil decision if all nation really wants it, but it's definitely opposes to the democratic state, free speech and etc.)
And have they more civil rights or prosperity in Egypt now?
Maybe UN's peacekeepers could solve the problem in Syria, at least to keep everyone from mass fighting. But the prestige of organization falls down since 1990's so I'm not sure.
is there really a need to change the font size and style to make your point?? stick to preset

Assad does seem to have a lot of support but over time with external support for the local "democratic opposition" (lets not mention Libya) he will fall down and then the revenge will be on his supporters.
