It has. Much more foreign fighters added to the mix. Lots more IED's, too.It does look like the fighting in Syria has gotten even worse than the eventful winter (siege of Homs neighbourhoods, etc).
No problem.
There is no way to tell from a short Youtube video.Strike against military vehicle - looks like a bus, second vehicle seems to be the source ...some kind of mobile weapon? This does actually look a bit like an EFP explosion. Looks bad. opinions?
French surgeon talking about the humanitarian crisis in Homs:
Video taken from the neighborhood where the twin car bomb attack in Damascus happened. They catch the second one on tape.:

Sooner or later, Syria is going to become (if it hasn't already) a gigantic terrorist melting pot like Chechnya and the Balkan in the '90s, that's the way I see it anyway.
Also,
The way I understand this video (with my limited understanding of Arabic and, of course, Google Translate) is that the kaffiah wearing guys are an Aleppo patrol unit meeting with a military engineer (guy with black moustache).
Worse or different? The FSA inititially spent a lot of effort trying to defend demonstrations and hold individual districts in cities. The seem to have changed to typical asymetric warfare tactics - trying to pin Assads forces in defensive positions and attacking where they are strong and the Syrian army and militia weak. Roads..infrastructure, checkpoints. Unlike Iraq and Afghanistan I doubt Assad's forces have they ability to adapt with improved vehicles, armour, and countermeasures. They will respond with there counter productive tactics of mass arrests, collective punishments and brutality.

It's this simple: stop replying. Climber's lived in Israel, I think he knows a bit more about this conflict and Arab culture than you do. You're starting to derail this thread with posts like this^. This is supposed to be a photos and videos thread. If you want to pick fights with members, do it in a private message.
Syrian Army cameraphone video of them doing target practice with a technical and other weapons:
Statement from Syrian Army defectors who defected with their BMP the other day:
I wonder till what point defectors will be accepted. Sure, some do not really have the ability to defect without fearing the lives of their families, but some units have too much blood on their hands. Then again, I guess the units with the most blood on their hands will be more likely to fight harder till the end of the Assad regime.
Group under the banner of the FSA using an IED they planted at a Syrian Army checkpoint to blow the whole place up. I suspect this group to be foreign fighters because how organized and good they are. They post attacks like this every single day. (graphic):
FSA snipe a Syrian Army soldier on a rooftop (graphic):
That same group of fighters from the first video attacking a Syrian Army vehicle at night. I see two craters so it looks like it was a double-IED:
Syrian tanks driving through a city firing:
Fighting heard in Tripoli, Lebanon this morning between pro and anti-Assad forces:
Clashes in Lebanon's Tripoli
That's some crazy stuff, Siberian wolf.^ This conflict's really spilling over.
Homs- the translation says FSA rescuing a family under fire. But nobody seems to be armed except whoever is shooting.
FSA unit (Reportedly near damascus) show off prisoners and captured rifles and grenades.
