What determines that it's a Christian neighborhood?
Most of sunni districts are already out of governemnt control and in rest of them army wouldnt recieve such welcome. There are two Alawite districts and one christian so itīs as good assumption as any. Beside that from video district bulding looks rather new so itīs probably safe to say that itīs Alawite as those Alawite districts are only one-two decaded old.
