It never supposed to. A classic rule is - killing a soldier takes 1 out of action, wounding 1 takes 3 out of action, man + 2 to carry him.

They should label these fields.

I wonder about that too. I wonder how such an explosion affects the crew, even if the tank is not completely destroyed. I would suspect the crew would still be seriously injured, probably killed.

That's what I'm thinking. If they didn't get thrown around and hit their head on something, the blast overpressure would probably do it.
