haha, we didn't need 2 days, it took us months, it took us one night after being downgraded by S&P to finally close the deal

Thinking about the environment, still a good rally.
There are countries who have "super-committees" and fail.

The Euro is here to stay, Germany would be one of the last countries ever to give up the Euro, no matter what certain economists and poll's say

Then we'd have to turn back too, Dutch guilder was basically linked to the Mark. I don't see it happening though.

Another one of these eh. Getting old chaps, the Euro is here to stay and the continent will come out okay from it, much to the dissapointment from some people here.

    end of the euro....HOORAY!

euope is not the us, it is not a WHOLE and never will be...too many egos and different cultures.

as long as we keep the pound, we ok. dont go anymore into europe.

a federal europe (IE french/german euro) will not work.

if that happens britain would be better taking up the dollar.

i defy anyone to prove me wrong

Is that a comment? seriously? If Europe falls the US falls, and the dollar, if the Federal Reserve keeps the printing machines working at this rate, the dollar will soon be nothing more then a piece of paper. And if the crisis gets worse, then that small piece of water that devides you from us will not protect you, and it won't matter if you call your coin a pound or a dollar, it will still be a worthless piece of metal. We are all in this together, now is not the time to have second thoughts, you either hose with us or you'll drown

    really?

the world is locked into zones..euro, dollar etc. if the euro falls, what then.... the dollar doesnt seem to bothered (or have i missed somethin?)

if it was bothered you would be proping it up!!

but as they aint, why bother......greece as an example ( Why prop a country that goes into the "euro" and brings the whole lot down!?!)

dont get on your high horse about the "stairts of uk2 or the "strip of water" as you call it. just cause we got things into the treaty abought the cash that comes through london which you now what to "tax" .
    get yourself in order...

we have probs with our state handouts but we dont need your probs as well...or would you want us to unleash our probs on you to! remember, accordiong the euro convention, yoou are s'posed to get assylum in THE FIRST COUNTRYS BORDER YOU CROSS...so if you lay the law game, you can have all the immigrants back

i would rather be part of the dollar than ANYthing that has been designated by europe as they are only in for themselves.

One little problem, what country did they cross first? try to prove that, don't make your system so that you've become a magnet for immigrants.
The dollar doesn't seem to be bothered, the dollar has been crushed over the past years

    you're just a troll
