    wat difference?/????//??
One form influenced by another, since this was an American production with mixed styles it wouldn't be considered as Anime. Something like Avatar (and lets say the Teen Titans) are a hybrid style. I love you.

Anime is for small boys of the asian variety.

For any Bebop fans, Steve Blum @ a recent convention (The English voice for Spike)

Starting at 3:11, he starts to show a tattoo on his left forearm. The tattoo is the audio waveform version of the last 'Bang' in the final episode.

So because it's not Japanese it's not Anime? Meh, too complicated.

Also, Avatar kind of got sucky at the end. Seems like they had about 10 more episodes of story and squished it into 3 episodes.

I need to get around to watching it, the follow up "The Legend of Korra" seems to be pretty well received.

It was influenced by anime, but it is still an Nickelodeon cartoon first and foremost. American influence is still too strong there.

    Same creator, different storyline IIRC.

Just started rewatching the original Mobile Suit Gundam, couldn't find a subbed version anywhere so stuck with dub. But the dub isn't as bad as I imagined.

0080 & 08th MS Team are some of my favorites, 0083 was awesome for battles and nukes. The newest one Unicorn isn't bad, but the protagonist of the more recent series are annoying.

I wish I could find those movies in my neck of the woods. unfortunately, only way to get them (legally) is to buy them online. Not available in our under-funded library

I'm about to rewatch Gundam SEED HD in glorious blurry upscaled 1080p. And I know you lot hate SEED, but I don't like Gundams anyway( even though I watched almost all of them, except ZZ, G and Victory) and consider SEED a good standalone anime. It has it's share of problems but it's still better than most other things I've seen. Everyone there is whiny teenager? Well duh, everyone in any Gundam is whiny teenager( except for 08mst, 083 and maybe IGLOO since there are no teenagers there), at least in this one they avoided my most hated Gundam trope aka "Civilians on the bridge" by drafting all the civilians into the army. Thats pretty creative for a Gundam. I feel so nostalgic now, watched it almost six years ago.

I liked "war in a pocket" - also Gundam Seed, which surprisingly turned out to be my favorite Gundam ever.

Dude, don't let the haters bother you. Seed ****ing rules! And **** the critics, I think Kira being pretty much anime Jesus makes it that much more awesome. Not to mention Lacus's songs, those are great.

Rider's servants should have been given wing armors.
