To me this is a facist policy.

Also, i'd be very careful throwing the word fascist around, considering it hasn't even been signed into law yet and has to pass through Senate first. It's a completely democratical process.

In theatre they do. Walking down the street they don't. Face covering helmets are banned too, but I'm pretty sure they'd let you wear one on a motorbike while you're riding.

Doctors and nurses cover faces, why not apply the ban on them too.

The law proposal provides for occupational clothing to be exempt, covering your face as a protection from cold/other extremes or even during carnival is allowed too.

Do people walk down the street intentionally covering their faces with a helmet? I'd wager the only people that do so have something to hide. And that's why helmets are also in the proposal. Do you even read? I'm all for people having their own opinion on these matters, but you don't even try to back it up with sensible arguments.
