This law proposal also nowhere mentions a burqa.

I know many Chinese and Japanese tourist cover their faces if they have a cold or don't want one.

To me this is a facist policy.
Because burqas(and other items named in the proposal) make it impossible to identify someone in an easy manner? Also, i'd be very careful throwing the word fascist around, considering it hasn't even been signed into law yet and has to pass through Senate first. It's a completely democratical process.

The law proposal provides for occupational clothing to be exempt, covering your face as a protection from cold/other extremes or even during carnival is allowed too.

Which is why they are covered by the ban. I presume you'd be expected to remove it once you've stopped riding.

Then why impose a dress code? To me the Dutch are no different than the Iranian Mullahs telling women what or what not to wear.

Do people walk down the street intentionally covering their faces with a helmet? I'd wager the only people that do so have something to hide. And that's why helmets are also in the proposal. Do you even read? I'm all for people having their own opinion on these matters, but you don't even try to back it up with sensible arguments.

Because the law is aimed at people being able to be identified while in a public place.

Pretty sure you'd be arrested for walking down a street naked too. Is that fascism?

Arrested by the clothes police oppressing you in the name of those weed shmoking, same marriage approving, orthodox mullahs the Dutch people elected into office.
