If you have nothing good to contribute go troll somewhere else. This is not a KOrea Strong thread so what are you doing here?
Lol calm down man when I opened the same article it read 'Dassault Rafale emerges lowest bidder for Indian Air Force jet fighter deal: Sources'. Google the headline right now and it will return the same headline from NDTV.

Yeah, now they should stop with their stupid jokes.
Now the UAE should be convinced to buy it.

It's great, I guess it will guarantee Dassault could remain in business for the next generation fighters.

No problem, and I have no problem either with Rafale's performance in the international market; I have just been sensitive to the allegation about our government with regard to the F-X deal. If the news is true congratulations.

Something i meant to ask you:
Since Saab is suprise bidder in FX competition, any likely hood that Dassault could decided to bid... again ?

Unfortunately Dassault did not respond to the invitation for the explanatory sessions for FX-III which is a compulsory requirement for the company's eligibility to compete in the tender. Sukhoi did not respond to it either and now the tender is closed among Boeing, LM, EADS, and Saab. But other French and European companies like Thales and MBDA may enjoy the chance to participate in the KFX program, and here European companies are actually better poised as industrial partners than American companies.

Guys, between India, Brazil, UAE I lost track... is this the first actual win for the Rafale and how solid is it?
What are the chances of a reversal? Do the EF people have the right to contest the selection process? - game reset, go to square one.

These days everyone is talking about buying new planes, but no one is actually doing it.

P.S. For me, The Rafale and The EF are similar generation planes, with similar avionics and capabilities. The choice is more related to political preferences than technical specifications (I'm not saying something new here). Flipping a coin is a good way of making a selection in this case... just start an acquisition process already.

Somewhere, right about now, a Rafale salesman calls his proud mother "Mom, today I finally managed to sell something !!!"

These news will certainly help to raise Rafale's chances for potential turnaround in Swiss air-fighter competition.

Congratulations to Dassault for their Rafale winning the competition. Also, good to hear that the MMRCA circus is over now which has been going on for over a decade.
