I assume one reason for NZ's high ranking is due to Vocational/Polytech/Apprenticeship schemes.

While NZ has a high penetration of those who pursue Uni degrees, the only explanation for the quite high ranking must include specialist trade qualifications.

    NZ beats Aussie again

I was making a joke. DeVry is a garbage for-profit school that peddles near-worthless associate degrees. The US has a lot of them (ITT, University of Phoenix, etc) which is probably why we scored so well. Then we have the more legit public Community/Vocational College system which also adds to our numbers.

I could have quoted another post. Never heard of DeVry. Just explained the dual system here, or tried to.

Seriously, I don't even recall you. Neither do i recall Pete. Should i care, probably not? The problem is, after 7 years on this forum self proclaimed humor, very often is a rather old.

I think i'm dropping Macsler a line, he'll put you lot in the oven.

I recall you having a crack about an obvious joke I made a few weeks back. Sense of humour? No, you don't have one.

A man walks into a bar. The barman says "that must have hurt?"

Now I know you didn't laugh at this. Ergo, no sense of humour.
