    Generalizing in a negative sense and speaking on personal experiences are two different things. Im not sure what your trying to make out of this but I simply stated on a broad general scale, Israeli students are much more studious than American students.

    Is it college only?

    Finland did a little trick in 1996. Technical school that used to train Technicians and engineers, but were not considered to be colleges were changed to "Universities of applied sciences" where everyone graduates as an engineer or such. While the quality of the degrees really went down (technicians usually had prior experience from their field), statistics started to look more pretty.

    Except in Quebec, where after highschool you have 2 mandatory years of general and vocational college before going to uni. And this is where your dear uber is wasting its time now. Fvcking ghey sh1t.

    yeah, I would say so. You should have seen some of the engineering students they brought into my work place that came from SAIT to make adjustments to specific conveyor system. That was a joke.
