I have a buddy that's a Major in the SP. I'll have to call him and see what he says...Probably thought it was funny, he's the guy who lets my son and his son play "F*ck the Police" really loudly in his state issued unmarked ride when he picks them up from school. haha...

We all make cop/pig jokes amongst each other at work. This is closer to a white guy dropping the 'N' word during a black history presentation. Whatever.
A better punchline to this joke would be to hand the bill for fixing, re-printing and re-applying the decals to the clever inmates at their release.

**Squinting real hard**The more you look at the decal the more you may see. We've heard from people who say in addition to the pig, there may also be a silhouette of a naked women underneath the cow.
