Iran: Our satellite photographed Israel's Dimona reactor, IDF bases
Iran and the West are now competing over who is getting more stressed - Europe over the possible disruption of oil flow, or Tehran, which has been busy uncovering new technologies.

the Iranian website Mashreq claimed that the recently launched Navid-class satellite was able to take detailed photographs of the nuclear reactor in Dimona as well as "sensitive sites, air forces bases, and various areas of Tel Aviv."

Google Earth has a better resolution, even for the degraded pictures it is authorized to take of the Israeli soil.
well the problem with Google earth pictures are that hey are a little outdated
It seems that Persia is very sofisticated in propaganda wars too.

So in other word its not a civilian weather satellite but a military Intel Sat so if war ever comes that would make the sat a legal target to knock out.
A resolution doesn't matter they don't need it. A shot of any resolution will be enough to get at their aims.
You either are not wise enough to realize that, or you prefer to be ignorant. You cannot even remember from discussions of a few days ago that Navid has a resolution of 400 meters! Military satellites were not always as accurate as today. Besides 400m is quite enough for targeting and navigation. Next satellite, Fajr has a radar which will provide TERCOM information which along with coordinates (used in an inertial and satellite navigation system) will be enough for missile navigation.
