    So they are.

It said something like ''Error 503''. A few months ago when it was last attacked with one of those programmes which bombards the server with excessive requests... it was the same.

Biggest traffic jam in Falklands history? 130 cars and 300 people...
    http://www.penguin-news.com/index.ph...-determination
Angered by Penn's comments one Islander told Penguin News, "he shouldn't get involved in things he doesn't understand, the UN supports our right to self-determination."

Also CATT seems to be wobbling a bit regarding their blockade of UK flagged ships.

The measure, they explained, will not affect all British ships but will be carried out “selectively and without notice,” and warned it could spread “all over Latin America.”

I had to google it to find out what that meant (shows how IT savvy I am), but yes - I think so.

    ---

Beaking news that David Willets MP has touched down in the Islands - a blatant act of militarisation.

    Climber/Armoured _Diplomacy,
what has the local reception (if any) been for the Dockworker's Union announcement that British ships, and those flying "flags of convenience"* are banned from Argentina ports (there are conflicting accounts that they will delay them by several hours if not completely banned)?

    *listed as...
    UK
    Gibraltar
    Isle of Mann
    Bermuda
    (any other British OT)
    Jamaica
    Lebanon
    North Korea
    Panama
    Mauritius
    Netherlands Antilles
    Malta
    Marshall Islands
    Malaysia
    Georgia
    Cyprus
    Germany
    France
    Phillipines
    Liberia
    Honduras
    Cayman Islands
    .... and several others.

This strikes me as huge own goal. I really hope they go through with it, and pay the consequences for going full retard.

This is absolute madness, that's about every major flag in use in the shipping industry. Do they really not like their jobs that much that they're going to political stunt themselves into unemployment?

Nobody gives a damn, actually people in FB is starting to discuss the islands issue, the same way I do here, or AD do here, at least among my friends, and some of then are very K and the islands are a big thing for them.

Good article in the Huffington Post which illustrates the hypocrisy (and idiocy) of the Argentine government, not to say their lack of logic. Can't believe some of the comments though. Can these people actually be that brainwashed?
