I think the only problem for the last few pages has been you trying to be an expert on things you don't know sh*t about, namely Baltics. Oh, that and rampant idiocy as per quote above.
I'll now make a list of most well-argumented people of all times with only your name on it, so congrats on the first place! You can hang that next to what you think is a list of showing an average Russian as the 19th best paid worker in the world.
In all three charts that you provide Russia is above Latvia, and in one above Lithuania for $ 1 700. And this is average, without differentiation between such places as Yugra, which is gas producing region and Tuva, which is a ****hole poorer than neighboring Mongilia. Add here the different level of taxation and salary percentage from per-capita GDP and you can get this personal income chart. The difference isn't so thrilling for both parties, though, from whatever point, this is why Russians who got EU-valued passports prefer to emigrate in Wester Europe rather than in Russia proper. But they for certainty haven't anything to stay in Baltic.
But all of this is irrelevant since the thread is about Russian language in Latvia, and not about who's who reacher.
