Not really, since most bikes of 900cc+ will do at least that speed.

My 150 cc does 115-120 Km per hour. I am pretty sure that many 500 cc bikes can touch 150 Miles per hour without breaking a sweat.

I heard a story recently about a bloke who got pinched for 320km/h. He was, apparently, doing 280 when he saw the radar trap and not being able to slow down in time dropped it back a gear and went past at 320 on his back wheel. Big balls or no brains?
No brains. Rules are there for a reason.

My car can only go 170km/h. Reached it a few times and never got caught.

He broke the speed limit and must face the consequences, I agree with that. But when looking at the video, it doesn't look like anyone was in danger. I'd say the cops were not that carefull either as they were closing in very fast near the end. I find it way more dangerous to break speed limits in city centers and densely populated area's.
