Incredible sick ****. I hope these worthless bastards receive an even worse treatment in prison. I really hope word spreads of what those animals did and some prisoners take justice into their own hands.
No amount of years spent in a German prison can be even close to justice in this case.
Speedy recovery to the kid and hopefully she can move on from this tragedy.
Of course they can, but there's a good chance "the authorities" will put you away for that. Seem more and more like law and order is for those who want it, and is optional for those that don't.
It's creating a vacuum, someone will fill it.
Hope these worthless dogs die screaming

Generally, to kill these animals would be no different from exterminating pests. Sure there are more of them out there, but at least their numbers might be reduced somewhat. Better than doing nothing. If humans can hunt animals into extinction, it might work to a certain extent for the criminals that harm the innocent for self gratification.
I believe capital punishment or life imprisonment is a must for rapists. No mercy to scumbags ever.
In principal I agree 100% but there are a lot of rape cases where an innocent man was found guilty, there's a news story about someone who's found innocent after a couple even a couple of dozen years on jail so a capital punishment would be a big tragedy in that case. And ( I have to pick my words carefully here so I don't end up being misunderstood because rape is such a horrible crime to discuss) there are a lot of for the lack of better word "confusing" cases where for example one person feels like she's been s*e*x*ualy violated because she was under an influence of some substance and the accused person honestly did think and feel like the alleged victim did participate willingly and clearly... I can think of a lot of scenarios like that because s*e*x is such an intimate thing, a lot of cases come down to personal perception. So I would absolutely support capital punishment to be an option but being "a must" I'm not sure.
Maybe i am naive for having some faith in the german justice system.
And my view is probably tainted by the extremly lax punishment for violent crime the judges in NRW seem to throw out. Stab people in the neck with broken bottles, get probation because you were drunk. Stuff like that.
