    I did not noticed any big change in weight after installing the RIS. That is probably caused by battery change. In standard grip I have used quite big nimh battery and now I run on lipo battery. Also vertical grip is a huge improvement.

    SyriusSyn good that you join this thread, So with the vertical grip you have more confort running around with your rifle???

    This is SyriusSyn AEG. by the way it is G&G brand??? in my personal opinion I think is very close that we are discussing here.

    I found the grip very useful. Some friends told me that I will not use the bipod, but in fact I used it few times, and it is good to have it.
    My replica is an ICS.
