That's hilarious and very scary at the same time.
Spies opened a bogus Facebook account for U.S. Adm. James Stavridis, NATO's supreme allied commander, and tricked senior British officers and defense officials into "friending" it, allowing access to private email addresses, phone numbers and photos, the Sunday Telegraph newspaper reported on its website.
The Observer newspaper said there had been multiple such attacks aimed at Stavridis, and the Sunday Telegraph said military officers and diplomats were told the evidence pointed to "state-sponsored individuals in China."........

A wakeup call perhaps?
You know it's funny even after the whole WikiLeaks ordeal, we have senior officers liking each others FaceySpace pages and exchanging private information in the clear and acting not much better than Manning himself. I wonder if they have names like bradass87 too?
Right? You'd think NATO folks would know better than to even be on Facebook. Especially people that are that high up the chain of command. A Facebook page is an obvious target for any hacker looking to compromise NATO security. In the digital age, you have to always assume that your communications aren't secure. Anybody can be a spy/be spied on.
This bothers me with Face Book just about as much or more; Think about this:
A soldier meets a girl on FB or a dating site,
...and she sends him a picture:
They talk for months and fall in love...
He tells her all about the post he's stationed at, the living conditions, what his MOS is, and how well he get's along with his fellow servicemembers.
Then one day he get's deployed and she becomes very upset so he explains many details about the deployment to her in an effort to calm her down.
It seems to work because she keeps writing to him and sending him those lovely pictures of her even while he's deployed.
Too bad he won't ever get to see this picture of her:

HAHAHAHAHA, what a fool!!........my dad was served with a warning when he opened an FB account during his service days
the question is what does these chinese want from n.a.t.o?

So is this the page ? Why is it still on ?![]()
This is just silly. Imagine John Le Carre would've come up with that in a book... He'd been laughed at.
