That should not be taken as a whole-hearted endorsement of residues in food, however, and science should work to push us forward and reduce the exposure of consumers in the future.
I agree. I just want to post throughout out days simple recipes that are affordable and good for you. Like using a green tea bag after a shave is better for your skin than after shave.

There was talk about cancer some time ago. The one large contributor for it can be the fact that people eat so much red meat and eat badly overall. The same correlation can be seen between countries too, in Asia they die less from cancer but they also use pesticides.

Our ancestors didnt eat that much red meat, for my grandfather the main source of protein was fish. They also ate overall more healthier by eating berries, mushrooms and vegetables. They also didnt have abundant of food so they stayed lean.

Each additional daily serving of unprocessed red meat, equivalent to a helping of beef, lamb or pork about the size of a deck of cards, raised the mortality rate by 13%, while processed meat increased it by 20%.When deaths were broken down into specific causes, eating any kind of red meat increased the chances of dying from heart disease by 16% and from cancer by 10%. Processed red meat raised the risk of heart disease death by 21% and cancer death by 16%.

In Germany Carps are considered a typical edible fish since Medieval times. They are eaten when 3-4 years old of course, not after 30 years in a swampy pond, which of course ruins the taste. "Kapfen Blau" tastes wonderful if you know how to do it, with white wine and a little bit of lemon

Probably what adds to the amount of cancer today, not that long ago average life expectancy was about 35. Geriatric medicine was not needed like it is today.
Pita bread is good, among the white wheat breads, they are the more healthier.

And you can see everyday more Cancer at younger ages, like me, or like a 6 years old that got into surgeon last week with brain cancer thats the son of an acquittance of me.

I've been making smoothies from Organic Bulgarian yogurt (it actually exists) bananas and 1 tsp of organic vanilla extract. Sounds gross, but actually not bad.

Never had before, I love vanilla extract because it hints sweetness in the smoothie. Do you live in South America? You must have access to really fresh fruit!
