Btw... level 40 Barbarian, beginning Act 2 on Nightmare, 950 damage per second and 8000 life. And I have a hard time against those pesky insects. Why can I not use a bow?
Surprisingly, in real life I don't kill demons for a living but once I did put 3 arrows in the bullseye from 30 meters away. He should be able to do the same and use a damn bow.
Its regenerates way to fast... left mouse button abilities cost way less mana then regeneration gives you... Right ones deplete it fast, but mana regenerates nearly instantly. Or is it different on higher levels?Originally Posted by Einhander

I find that it has less replayablility then Diablo 2. Levels are created random, but i coulndt find much difference in them while trying out the characters. Differences were minimal.
It's a vanilla D2 but in 3D and neat effects. Can't complain here.

That's so right! Personally I just get solace from the fact that I would of gave Blizzard the 60 bucks just to try the game for a few days (btw, I only played Starcraft 2 for two days in the last year and a half, so I expect the same to become of D3 in a weak or so). I mean, the game is fun. It has problems and it's not as good as D2, but it is fun. After 10 years of waiting, people (including I) were expecting more. But, that does not make D3 a bad game.
If somebody manages to get their money back, especially for a digital download (due to EU laws or what not), let us know. We'll give you a medal.
Depends if they're providing me the service that doesn't break their own EULAs, and without any local Australian servers I think it can be argued they're breaking their side of the bargain. Especially with the constant lag that makes the game un-enjoyable and semi unplayable. I'll probably wait and see if they add servers down here. But in any case, I'm highly unimpressed with the direction this game has gone.
I guess my problem is I should have known better.
You can use melee weapons as a non-melee class, but you have to enable elective mode(i think) and leave one of your skill buttons empty, which then becomes the melee button. So if you take out the left mouse button skill, the LMB will engage melee.
