You think that anything they have in their inventory is geared towards a quick reaction?

This rocket/missile is primarily a test bed vehicle for testing and development, once designs are gotten perfected a newer system can be developed that would allow for better constant alert and deployment ability.

The Norks' missiles use hypergolics, so it could sit fueled for days before launch. On the other hand one leak and the whole pad goes up in a fairly massive explosion, given the state of NK craftsmanship I bet they wouldn't want to leave it too long.

They will most likely launch it if they will launch it today around 11 am or 12 pm.

You need to respect them that they don't give a **** about what others say. They work solely according to what they think it's good for them. It's a crazy regime but with courage.

If that happened, the chinese would be angy with themselves but blame the norks anyways.

    Courage?

Its cowardice. They know nothing will happen when they do it. They show off that they can throw a stone across the sea if they are lucky. Nothing will change, unless they decide to attempt to sink another ROK vessel like the Cheonan. They're like Lindsay Lohan - it doesn't take courage to keep destroying yourself and doing stupid things to stay relevant. Courage would be reforming and changing your regime to become more friendly with others, and freeing the hundreds of thousands of people who are jailed and tortured because no free speech exists in their lands.
