And it's official, Momo's father is suing RAID for killing his son.

That father should be down on his knee's begging for forgiveness for what his son did and if he is not doing that he should STFU...

The victims should sue the father, if that's the case.

About the father suing, what a cVnt... And I'm somehow doubtful he's doing it out of grief, but rather out of greed...

Also, I would have offered the corpse to vultures, but that'd be "hateful" (OMG !!11one1!!)

The lawyer of the father will sue the RAID for Assassination!

I also suspect the father of being motivated by greed, but such stupid trial could have only damageable consequences with its potential to exacerbate tensions and to spread hate. It may offer the occasion to morons to praise Merah, to racists to denigrate Arabs…

Some have already started to praise Merah. Remember the demonstration (+- 30 people) in his "honor".

I don't think this trial will lead anywhere, unless they consider and treat Merah as being a victim.

Yes and also there was this shameful Facebook page glorifying Merah…

Even if, at the end of the day, there will be no trial, the simple overture of a procedure will be damageable as the media will comment it for a while…

Algeria refused the request of Merah's father that his son will be buried in Algeria. So the funeral will be held in Toulouse, today at 17h.

This should be an affront to every person who loves his/her country. His grave will become a shrine to those degenerates who worship him. Just dump his body into the sea...there is no point in prolonging the embarrassment.
