Dershowitz isn't stupid, but his enormous ego paired with a tendency to attack, even while being wrong (and I believe he even knows when he is wrong), makes watching him intellectually boring. He is like a Christopher Hitchens on steroids, but at least Hitch had charme. But if you're into blood sports, dog fights and such, and have the same opinion as Dershowitz, you'll have a great time...

Zimmerman's attorney released tapes of interviews while Zimmerman was in custody. According to Zimmerman, Martin was on top of him, slamming his head into a curb; Martin apparently spotted Zimmerman's handgun, stated "you're going to die tonight," and then Zimmerman drew it and fired.
