IMHO, I think the media should held accountable if there is any negative consequences. They screwed this case over in so many ways. Both families where screwed over by the media playing court room.

If I understand this correctly, this woman's testimony was sealed and therefore should be unavailable to the media. This case leaks like a sieve, and the holes all seem to be in the prosecutor's office.
