It's not any kind of U-2. It's a WB-57 which use to be an RB-57F Canberra. Martin built the original Canberras under license from English Electric.

The 1st type asked about is a Lockheed F-104 Starfighter in use by NASA.

Interesting. I was going with the description provided by Icelandic state TV when the current plane arrived. I stand corrected.
