You got robbed in Argentina? Oh man a friend of my also got robbed there but she was at gun point. The guy stole her bag that contained her passport, phone, wallet, money, driver license and many other things.
She went to the police and nothing happened after :/

I hope it is not the same for you and they find your camera.

I'm sorry to hear that man. I used to live in a neighborhood where people tried to rob me all the time just walking to school. If it's 3 on 1 it's usually not a good idea to fight back unless you have a weapon and you're confident about using it. The good thing is you're okay.

If there's one thing I've learned about fvckers like that, they hang around the same area a lot. It's probably the same general area they live in, but maybe not the exact neighborhood. If you ever see one of them again, follow them wherever they go and either call the police or corner them and beat their face in.

Your camera is probably long gone and sold already unfortunately, knowing how drug addicts are.

I know. The thing is I know how to fight. 2 years ago, two punks tried to robe my at that time wife and me, I defended her, and beat them, now the cancer reduced me to this slow and old thing.

What Hisroy said. You should be glad that they just robbed you and be thankful that you're ok. Now you can buy some cheap camera and take pictures with it. The quality will obviously not be as good, but great photographer can take pictures with anything . I hope that they will catch them. If not, that you will be able to buy what you had at much lower price

There is a good outcome of this thing, all fo you are kind people, who even dont know me or just saw a pic of me, or read my sometimes good or sometimes moronic posts. I thank you all of you very deeply. And 2 of you offered to give me cameras, and you dont know me. My daughter aged 12, learned what happened and came to my home, my dad's home, and gave hers to me, it a girlie pink small camera, and while in tears she didnt accpeted a no for an answer, Its the best camera I ever had.

Seems like your hobby isn't the only thing worth fighting for. Thanks for sharing this and I wish you the best.

Profanity doesn't seem to have a place in a sincere thread, but I'm English, and it is what we English do so well: your little lady is ****ing awesome. You lost your camera, which, does totally suck. But, you gained something so much more; knowledge that between you, your ex-wife and your respective families, you are raising a virtuous and compassionate child.

I don't know what kind of price you can put on that. All the very best Climber.
