What a strange turn this thread has taken...This certainly isn't a joke to anyone living where I do.
Yeah, Tuesday they are getting re arraigned on the upgraded charge. It probably should have been 1st degree murder from the beginning but I guess they wanted to make sure it was bulletproof. The mutant wife was actually bragging about it to other inmates. They found a note that she had tried to destroy detailing what they did to the victim, a local identified the woman as being in the area of the victim's home 3 days prior to the murder, stalking her, and various other confirmed evidence that shows premeditation....
