    Have fun Great Britain!

With regards to insanity and comedy, this guy is to the Left what Rick Santorum is to the Right.

It's crazy enough he found so many voters

He's awesome. Of course I don't have to live there and lord knows we have enough whack job Congresscritters here already.

Watched him testify before our Congress a few years ago and it was brilliant. He dismantled their arguments with a great show of bluster and faux outrage that made for great theater.

He's the sole representative for the 'Respect Party' of which he is the sole member. His majority vote has arisen because he has a bond with the Islamic community in Bradford, West Yorkshire. He'll stir up the House of Commons, for sure.

Just when we finally got rid of Dennis Kucinich, Britain goes and re-elects George Galloway...

You'd expect the Muslim voters don't like an Al-Assad supporter... I guess the Pakistanis don't care?

Amazing. In a week where the LibCon coalition has played pretty much every single wrong card at every single opportunity, Gorgeous George comes along and completely murders zaNu Labour.

Ed Millibland, the gift that just keeps giving.

Is PressTV available in the UK? (Didn't Sky recently drop them from their TV-packages)

Question, as the sole rep for his party will he be able to get anything done? In otherwords Im sure Labor hates him for jumping ship and the Tories? will he have any real power or alliances?

Nope. Similar to the Greens with their one seat in Brighton. He can vote whichever way he pleases on issues, but aslong as the government maintains a majority it's irrelevant.

The only problem is if there is a rebellion from Tory/Lib Dem MP's or if the coalition splits, the government may then need votes from the smaller parties to force a particularly contentious issue through.
