That's what I am trying to understand. Handing out the Korans is not against the law. I passed by scientology people handing out stuff at least once/week.
Reading the comments here, I get the impression that laws are being violated. That Salafist beliefs violate German laws, therefore it is illegal (?) for them to hand out the Koran? Is that not what you got from the comments here?

Just compare it to the Neo-nazis. What they belief would also be against the law if they act on it.

Scientology has a big HQ in Berlin... so no.. not even in their case.
The issue with them is that they want to be recognized as a religion so that they do not have to pay taxes - while the government says they are a for-profit organization and not a religion. (plus some other things).
