    Yeah, he did.

    The reason for mentioning San Marino is that they are the oldest still existing state, and constitutional republic, in the world.

    The Sorbians are recognized as one of the "non-German" nations making up Germany by the German constitution actually (besides Roma, Danish and Frisian nations)

    Didn't the US have a civil war right about the 1860's? That count as continuous political structure?
