Things are quite sensitive. A getaway car was found that apparently in the above murders and its location is not being released by the police so to avoid people getting the wrong idea or making assumptions of guilty party.

SKOPJE, Macedonia — Police in Macedonia say five people, including two police officers, have been injured and 14 people detained for questioning following riots triggered by the slaying of five fishermen that has stoked ethnic tension.
The clashes occurred late Monday between riot police and hundreds of youths in Macedonia's capital, Skopje, who chanted anti-Albanian slogans, threw rocks at police and vandalized property. The arrests and injuries were announced Tuesday.
The Albanian lake fishermen were found shot dead last week. Police have not commented on reports that the killings may have been racially motivated.
Ethnic Albanians make up a quarter of Macedonia's population of 2.1 million. Tensions with the Macedonian majority have simmered since a 2001 uprising by ethnic Albanian rebels.

You do know that other nations have lived in these regions for more than a thousand years, and that in all of those regions, the so called "indigenous" albanian people were in the minority for centuries, until the "son of the nations" Tito, allowed Albanians from Albania to settle those regions, just to appease Enver Hoja, after the historical "NO" to Stalin?
The thing is, Albania as state and country never existed, until after Balkan liberation wars fought against Ottoman Empire. Prior to Ottoman Empire, the regions where albanians live/lived have been part of Serbian medieval state, Byzantium, Roman Empire, etc. So Albania never, as you say it, bordered itself.
You do know, you just like to forget that, as it does not suit your agenda.
