North Korea shows off new ballistic missile at military parade

Possibly a development of the No-Dong missiles but scaled up quite a bit, merging design elements from the No-Dong A (Scud derived) and No-Dong B (SS-N-6 derived)?

Edit: Looks like a scaled up multi-stage development of the No-Dong B, maybe with a 2m wide 1st and 2nd stage instead of 1.5m like No-Dong B.

The missile looks like a scaled up version of the North Korean BM-25 Musudan IRBM which was revealed a few years ago in a military parade. The Musudan is also based on the Soviet made R-27 Zyb SLBM.

These are clear.

1. North Korea, you are on your own when it comes to food. You obviously have more than spare change lying around.
2. China is definitely helping N Korea. They are not giving up on N Korea any time soon.
