Washing a Bivi

Morning all Just got back from field, my bivi is well decked in mud. normally I would hose it, but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick. Anyone think its safe to put her through a delicate cycle in the machine? (as it has no care instructions on it)

Use a special gore-tex cleaner.
Like nik wax .Nice range of items and all can be used on wet surfaces.

Hose and use a broom, clears of mud, then treat with whatever product you chose.

I called up the company that makes it, they said to hand wash it in cold, with a small brush to get mud off. Also, be delicate with seam tape.
