I thought those were the OPFOR Hinds that operate out of Fort Bliss, along with the Hips and Hoplites. They always stop through Fort Stockton to get fuel at the local airport.

The Cold War Air Museum are the guys that operate them, they might organise rides at airshows or whatnot, I'm not sure.

I think if God himself made a thread on MP.net and labelled it awesome, it would be this one Great video of the Polish Hinds in Afghanistan (loved the Hi-def).

I'm hoping after my next deployment I'll find out... unless I stumble across a Hind on said deployment.

When you take a look at that picture, the nickname "Crocodile" seems more than appropriate.

Now that's **** ing awesome. I didn't notice the eyes in the picture I quoted. Come to think of it, it reminds me of The Croc from Peter Pan. Tick-tock, tick-tock...

The first one was taken at the Russell Military Museum in Zion, IL. I guess that the guy who brought it to the U.S. intended to use it to heli-log down in Georgia but the FFA wouldnt let him fly it so it ended up here in Illionois as a museum piece.
