While I don't know the name of the pattern, it was introduced back in 2008 for border troops.

First flown in May 1958, the F-4 is a twin engine, all weather, tactical fighter-bomber which was originally developed for U.S. Navy fleet defense. The Phantom was the first multi-service aircraft, and was flown concurrently by the U.S. Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps. The F-4, which played a vital role in Desert Storm, served actively for national defense until it was retired in 1996. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman La'Shanette V. Garrett) (RELEASED)

A friend of mine who is an expert in Russian Uniforms said to me that is a Special Uniform from the Russian Marines (check the berret and the T-shirt). Its a Spectre Summer Cammo, its a Prototype Cammo!!! can any one confirm that info???

    I got this from wikipedia:
Spectre Pattern: Russian company SSO / SPOSN has announced the availability of their a new family of digital camouflage patterns. There are "Spectre" (for summer woodland), "Spectre-Autumn" (for autumn woodland), and "Spectre-S" (for semi-arid).

    I got this from wikipedia:
This is what he is talking about:
    http://www.strikehold.net/2010/08/04...rom-sso-sposn/

Which is not what that guy is wearing. I finally found out that it is called 'Pagranishnik' pattern (similar to vegetato) and is issued to mainly FSB/Border Guards. Russia does not have a uniform standardization.

That should say May 6, 1941

It's pretty awesome when you consider the pace of development that led to those 2 aircraft being born only 17 years apart.

    Hard picture to see.

A lot of respect for K-9 handlers and their "colleagues".
