How sh/itty was his life before prison? Maybe instead of hating the prisons for not beeing thirdwolrd ****holes ( although american prisons are close) people should complain that in their country for some people a table full of snacks is some kind of luxury?
Yup this is sad, fact is it costs 100,000$ per year per inmate to feed, medicate, and house. Sad statistice. Doesnt even cost us thatout here.
