It’s funny to read the comments from the left though. I well remember the deserters and refusniks during the Bush Presidency and how the left treated them as heroes for speaking out. How brave they were, how they were the true Heroes of the war. Now I see the same lefts Howls for execution for someone who speaks out against President Obama or refuses the same orders. The hypocrisy is delicious watching the left go into Spanish Inquisition mode.

The comparison becomes reason. He should NOT compare. I am sure Sgt. Stein will have the GOP folks comforting him well enough if his rants were political. Other than that I see no grounds for comparison. Unless he is aiming at a political decision by the USMC.

The only comparison is that Bush and Obama were both presidents. The whole Dissident, court martial, DDs, what have you were not at the presidential level.
