Never broke a bone, never had surgery and didn´t have any big accidents, either. I´ve been hit in the face by an airbag during a car crash, but except for a few bruises not much happened. Guess I´ve been kinda lucky in my life so far.
The only thing that would come close to your guys´ horror stories would be the removal of my wisdom teeth. They took out two at a time and the whole procedure was really unpleasant. It began with the doc putting a nasty syringe into my gum, then drilling the teeth out and the days after I had a dull, throbbing pain that made it impossible to eat and drink properly. Atleast that happened during my army service so I got some days off and I didn´t have to pay a cent for the whole procedure.

Had one of these go straight through my right foot:

It is not so much it going through that was painful , it was pulling it out with the pliers that hurt. It tends to suck into the wound and it feels like somebody is pulling the tissue of your foot. No fun.

    Lumbar puncture
    Crushed finger
Broke my nose playing golf. Yep it hit a rock and came back hitting me squarely on the nose.

This one is not a pi.ss take. But on finishing a slash I zipped myself up and caught my helmet in the zip. Being circumcised I had zip marks on my bell-end for quite some time. It looked like son of Frankenstein. The worst part was that when it was being held prisoner I did not know what was worse keep it in jail or releasing it.

LOL. ****, I've caught some skin but nothing that bad. My uncle did it years ago and had to go to the hospital.

Getting the sciatica nerve stretched. I wept like a little girl.

Oh, and getting stung in the chest by a wasp. They had to give me morphine at the hospital, to stop my stomach cramps. A friend, who got stung at the same time, was even dead for 2 minutes in the ambulance. Evil little buggers, those wasps!

Ah...the little files. I was getting a root canal (painkiller and NO2 "laughing gas" so I wasn't feeling a thing) and he was fiddling around with these things down in the root and *snap* "oops". That got my attention. It didn't hurt but "oops" isn't something you want to hear a doctor or dentist say. When I asked how he was going to get it out he said, "I'm not. It'll just become part of the permanent fill". So I've got a piece of one of those in my head.

I also broke several bones over the years, both hands, both wrists, a knee, 3 ribs, 3 left hand fingers, several burns and cuts in the hands and arms by working as a pro cook. Nothing comparing with the effects of Chemo.

Just imagine even if you get a speck of dirt in your eye you get a lot of irritation but here my eye was reacting against twelve stitches right in the cornea.

It ended well though, I still have 95% vision in the damaged eye and did not need glasses after surgery. Even my doctor was surprised with the final result as he later told me how close I came to losing an eye. The doc said it was good Karma is a previous life
*Shudders* I've always been queasy about eye injuries, and I've been lucky on that front.
