Not being in his head, I haven't a clue if he was in fear of those teens.

So, how did you come to know that he takes out his resentment on every single Christian he comes across?

Yeah, it was probably inappropriate to call those teens "pansies." And this is true regardless of how relentlessly so many teens disparagingly use the word "gay." I'm sure their delicate psyches won't require more than a dozen or so therapy sessions.

Doesn't matter if they had their psyches broken or not. Considering the context of the conference, his actions are extremely hypocritical. And considering the apparent content of his speech, there is no "probably" in the inappropriateness.

If anything, it is very Old Testement-esque of eye-for-an-eye, except instead of the eye of the enemy, it is the eye of the neighborhood kid who looks kind of like the enemy.

They denied him their attention, which I guess must be devastating for one with an ego such as his.

Not sure why these Christians would want to allow bullying. It certainly isn't something Jesus would support.

I would not support bullying even if it were against something which I disagreed with.

What part of that aren't you getting? Tell me, do you actually deny that there are Christians who have made anti-homo******ity one of their major agenda items?

Another thing, when it comes to "tit-for-tat," can you please tell me what "tat" is, how to get it, and where I can exchange it for that other thing?
So if I understand, you're suggesting he has a psychological complex AKA chip on his shoulder... what of it? Doesn't help his case, it just makes him a crap orator with a personal agenda that overrides what he should be espousing in those seminars.

As for that other thing IDK but adjust for inflation...

Like I said, IMO the desire to deprive a class of citizens equal rights may very well be related to bullying. The way it works is simple; you don't like someone or some group because they're different from you, so you f*ck with them. I cannot help it if you don't agree.
Nah the canon is pretty clear, gay marriage is verboten by mainstream Christianity so it's not something anyone pulled out of the air to f*ck with people.

Like it or not Christians have a stake in the government along with everyone else. In principle there should be no tyranny of the minority.

And when the US becomes a christian theocracy that might matter.

In principle there should be no tyranny of the minority.
And human rights shouldn't be put up to a vote. How would that have worked out for blacks and women?

Aptly named arent you? who said they wanted to allow Bullying? all they did was decide they werent going to sit there quietly and be insulted for their beliefs. something we all have as a right to. I betcha You wouldnt sit still if someone insulted something you held as a core value about yourself, why expect them to?

Also when it's still a democracy.

You realize segregation was unconstitutional so it wouldn't have to be put up to a vote, right?

So the religious views of the majority get to be put into law? Who gets to be the American Ayatollah?

That would be the definition of democracy. Good thing the US isn't one then isn't it.

    Huh?
I didn't understand what you were trying to convey with that statement.
