Guys don't fight, ACMAT is Renault Truck Defense, which is a Renault sub-company, Renault being "engaged" with Nissan in it's biggest form under the Renault-Nissan Group. Different names, same money behind it.
The cabin hulls are coming from Japanese Navara's chains except it's made of high grade reinforced steel, then pretty much everything is ACMAT VLRA parts (a version without the cabin exist for in a more light patrol SAS style).
It's a "technical ready" cheap slightly armored truck, meant to maybe replace the french P4 (liaison jeeps), and mostly to do exactly the stuff from the picture (though the ultimate technical IMHO is the ACMAT BASTION PATSAS, but it cost more).

Looks like a technical based on a Honda, Nissan, maybe Isuzu model. However any flatbed truck can be fitted for being used as a makeshift anti aircraft/anti infantry weapon system or a improptu tank or MRLS.
