Looks like 2006-2012 Nissan Frontier/Navarra extended cab body.

Def not a Ford. American stuff is beefier than that.

Looks like a Nissan Frontier with goofy **** bolted to it to make it look more military.

Yeah, they bolted the goofy **** to it. The powertrain and cab are straight-up Nissan.

Put a service body on a typical fleet cab-chassis and replace the hood & fenders, viola! French.

The cabin hulls are coming from Japanese Navara's chains except it's made of high grade reinforced steel, then pretty much everything is ACMAT VLRA parts (a version without the cabin exist for in a more light patrol SAS style).

It's a "technical ready" cheap slightly armored truck, meant to maybe replace the french P4 (liaison jeeps), and mostly to do exactly the stuff from the picture (though the ultimate technical IMHO is the ACMAT BASTION PATSAS, but it cost more).

Looks like a technical based on a Honda, Nissan, maybe Isuzu model. However any flatbed truck can be fitted for being used as a makeshift anti aircraft/anti infantry weapon system or a improptu tank or MRLS.
